I'd say that is a safe assumption. Far be it from many here to let facts or statistical correlations or the lack thereof to get in the way of their "faith".

What is worse to me is that I think they actually know better, but can't resist any opportunity for a polemic bashing. That indicates a certain lack of integrity.
