I should have added "..in the real estate industry" If you live in a bubble market it's been good times, nice appreciation and more money for all for ten years now.

I read some interesting comments on Ben Jones' blog on this topic and it seems in the oil patch markets many in this age group are not be so bullish on real estate mostly due to recent poor performance as well as the hardship of being a teen in those very bad economic times after the crash in their local economy with many fathers unemployed for years and many losing the roof over their head to foreclosure.
