Elmer, While anything can happen, the perception is clear. Intel has the future products and they have the process to make them. AMD needs to show they have an answer. Today's products look good but what about tomorrow's? Photo's of someone's test chip won't cut it. So far all we hear is silence.

That doesn't sound like a resounding recommendation for todays Intel Products. What is your read, are more platform changes necessary, eg: chipsets, sockets, etc?

This sounds like a prelude to cancellation of Itanium.

I was hoping for an Itanium Notebook announcement.
