I am not sure how your reply relates to my post and where the disagreement is.

The point is that yes, anything can happen and the future is up for grabs but Intel has a future product that works and that's a very big step. AMD has a very good current product. That works for today but not tomorrow. While AMD may have a future product they haven't shown anything and it's absence is a statement too. Design wins are based on not just current products but future products/roadmaps as well. By it's absence AMD is saying "We don't have a future product or a future process that works".

The longer they remain silent the louder the message.
