Good catch, Gina! I wonder how many people who read that story (or heard about it on the radio) think the patient actually did sue the doctor. Funny how the mind works, sometimes, isn't it?

I wonder how the board can justify calling his practice "wrong". Is there a mandatory standard protocol for dealing with obese patients in that state?
