Hey, you can react however you wish. Your death and hers are not mine. While I would cheer for neither, it's still not mine. Reality doesn't give a **** whether you like it or not. It will whack you anyway. Now she has a condition where she can actually change the outcome. A whole lot of people never get that chance. If she has it, she should grab hold of it and run with it, not whine because she doesn't like the doctor's message or delivery.

Does the Board of Medicine regulate the politeness of doctor's comments?

If so, too bad for you guys.

Lawyers ethical code is pretty clear cut. And if we don't violate the canons and rules for ethical conduct, then the only other issues are whether we violated other laws.

Obnoxiousness is bad business but otherwise nobody's business but that of the rude person and the recipient.
