Hi folks.

CB suggested I swim by. I'm Fish, 51, male, South Dakota, 1 year divorced, used to play in stocks but these days I spend my time playing on the new bike.

Interesting thread ya have here. I work upper body until I injure a shoulder or elbow, usually 1 to 6 months, then walk/jog until I injure an ankle/knee/hip, usually 1 to 6 months. I take a year or three off, then start over. Currently in walk/jog mode. VA gives me odd excercises for the shoulders that usually hurt so bad it takes my mind off the knees. Like the old saying goes, If Id'a known I was gonna live this long I'da taken a LOT better care of myself :)
