Do not know. But President Clinton's advisor on Iraq (during his 92 Presidential Campaign) seems to think so. She also believes that Ramzi Yousef was an Iraqi Agent as well (as Yousef came to the United States from Bagdad - the same month as Yasin, and escaped the United States with an ID that had been doctored while the Iraqis were in control of Kuwait). Yousef was eventually captured in Pakistan - in a house owned by bin Laden.
