AVN, I have had and continue to have 25% of my IRA in AVN. With the latest news I am glad to be on board. Allergan Inc. said after Tuesday's closing bell that Chief Financial Officer Eric Brandt has resigned, effective Sept. 5, to become chief executive of Avanir Pharmaceuticals . Irvine, Calif.-based Allergan named Jeffrey Edwards CFO, succeeding Brandt. Edwards has served as Allergan's corporate vice president of corporate development since 2002 and has worked at Allergan since 1993.
