I think the MSM would push McCain all the way through the primary. Once nominated, they would turn the tables on him.

the republicans could run jesus h. christ himself and the media would crucify him oh YES!! that's rich. imagine the headlines.... a repeat of the main event, this time in full technicolor, broadcasted in all 50 states (and even the world!), aided by the reality show propaganda... i like it ! what a great idea! do you think that a latino named ... say Jesús Cristo del Dios would be a good alternative ? it would certainly have the potential to fire w/extra gusto given the added salsa flavor of the latino population.... ever consider becoming a boxing promoter ? [you've got potential!]
