Back in 1989 I went to a psychic in Cassadega, FL (a town founded by and inhabited by psychics and the like) who had a little talk with my spirit guides. I asked him not to identify them to me cause I'd really prefer not to know.

The psychic dude was really good ... knew some things that he couldn't possibly guess or glean from cold reading. He also advised me to invest heavily in the stock market as it was going to go on a run the likes of which had never before been seen.

A friend of mine, Jay, referred me to the psychic. When Jay met with him, the psychic identified Jay's maternal great-grandfather as one of his spirit guides, and referred to him by name. Jay had no idea what the man's name was ... goes home, calls his mother and ask what her grandfather's name was ... turns out the psychic was spot on.
