Well, they haven't filed yet. They have only said that they have decided on what to file for.

And it is not entirely clear - at least not to me - if their intention is to file before or after they have the results available from their woman-only clinical trial.

To sink more money into Xyotax, if they intend to file based on Stellar 3 and 4 doesn't make much sense to me. And to run the new trial before having FDA's input doesn't make much sense either.
