Dan, check my earlier link, Irwindale is Xeon /w 2MB L2, about 20. Dempsey doubles that, and then another 50% increase for Woodcrest from there. It´s all also in the slide I posted to you earlier, as I said, the picture is very consistent across the board.

Phew, ok then, this is definitely the last post on the subject from me.

Don't discount the possibility that Intel has found a way to nullify another of the SpecIntRate components with compiler changes. The quoted numbers may include compiler improvements as well.

Hmmm. I wonder if those Intel supporters might be interested in buying the Brooklyn Bridge from me.
