Often the VP becomes the Presidential candidate. Not so this time. My main concern is the Republicans, while they have some very good people, have only a few of National Reputation and if Hillary is the opposition I suspect it would be very difficult to beat her mainly as she will have Bill there with her. jdn

There really is no shortage of attractive, capable people who'd be willing to fight for the presidency on the Republican ticket

well except that... as mencken said....
