I try to avoid catching his attention but if any of the posts are insulting or derisive then they should be grounds for suspension ... Sioux got several days for posting about a banned person shortly before the dude got banned.

I post to banned people all the time, because I respond to their posts and don't check a list. One accused me of being cowardly to attack him where he couldn't respond. I wasn't a coward. I was lazy. Not the same thing at all. George Dubya Bush takes a lot of vacations because he's lazy, but he's not a cow...oops, bad example.
