Or, the numbers show what fanatics can do when they are pouring into the country from every rogue state in the region.

Though, I readily admit that the administration underestimated the "insurgency"......I use the word insurgency only in description since its meaning implies that there is a purpose to the fighting, when in fact the people fighting offer absolutely no alternative other than a 9th Century vision.
