I must admit, that I have never seen this theory been tied up with the lost day of the Bible, but my understanding was that the event imagined would have happened quite rapidly with the crust tipping over within a fairly short time, whatever that could be by geological measures. But for sure it's an interesting idea, which would explain a lot and in particular that a major relocation of the poles sometime in the history of Earth would explain a a few things like a past tropical climate in Antarctica. Anyway, if such an event took place with 24 hours, at a rotating speed of a 1000 miles per hour, I wonder how many people would survive such a G heavy event to tell about it. Taro
