My bike...

I'm a former Marine. I wanted something American made, so my first thought was Harley. During my studies I found that, although assembled in Milwaukee, the frame is Canadian, the motor comes from Germany and most of the chrome comes from Japan. Further research led me to a bike assembled in Marysville Ohio and every single part is American made. I bought a Honda Valkyrie. I got it for Christmas last. Stretched hell outta my stocking, but worth it :)

Since then I've put almost 11,000 miles on it. Rode it to Oklahoma City to see the grand-minnows, 20 hrs each way. Rode it to Wisconsin to attend a medieval event, 14 hours each way. With a six cylinder motor designed by Porche pushing over a hundred horses, it's a dream to ride. The Sturgis Harley riders don't give me any trouble at all. Seems they all have piston envy.
