Not being a medical guy as you, all I know is that lactic acid resides in our cells. Physical activity makes it go to the outside of our muscles, therefore aching. When we exercise enough we run out of lactic acid and we have no aches or pain for the most part when running.
Basically you get to where, with supplemental liquids you can run like the African folks used to before mail.
I just got bored after 18 miles. Never did a marathon.
Not sorry either.
By the time I knew I could run one I was in the business thingie mode.
Now that's exercise. Bidness will make you know who you are.
wulidancer is making a new horizon for me to go after.
