"What government policy has done to this country in the last 40 years, particularly the last 10 years is mindboggling." What makes 1995 the magical time? Is it the Netscape IPO that changed everything and the way corporate America looked at things? Me thinks that was the first nut, followed by Clinton/Starr/Lewinsky that really divided Washington taking them off focus and of course last and probably the greatest of all bringing this new administration into power 4.5 year ago.
