You missed the point of the article...

I don't think Cindy Sheehan was the main focus of the article.

Will points out that the shrillness of Cindy Sheehan is the new tone for the DNC and the left. Will suggests that this is the very same shrillness that permeated the last election. What the left hasn't figured out is that this shrill tone caused their defeat in 2004. He has a point.
