Bush is down to 40% approvals per CNN, and only 28% approval on whether the war has made us safer from terrorism, so if he drops much more, he's hanging out there ripe for impeachment. Just as I predicted.

Around the nation, the majority of Americans now cringe with gut-churning fear and shame whenever they hear George W. Bush speak. Indeed, localities are appealling to the federal government for emergency funds to deal with sewage overflows from all the vomit and diarrhea that an angst-ridden population is puking and #####ing when Bush appears on the news.
