Wes when a stock is only trading 1-3 millions shares on a good a day and is priced at .75-.80 a share it really doesn't take much for a trader or hedge fund to manipulate the price on a daily or hourly level. Even I have could do it. You have to keep the value of shares traded in perspective. It is chump change a non factor.
