Bush is responsible for letting 9-11 happen, as we saw when he ignored the 8-6 memo. Bushies should be careful when they invoke 9-11 as a rallying cry. After all, any dunce but Bush would have rang the alarms after reading that memo. Bush did nothing. It may be he intentionally let it happen to use it as an excuse to invade Iraq and take their oil.
