I do believe he's a teenager in the body of a man --- and with 3% less bodyfat to boot! There's a reason he's kept on vacation and sleeping and exercising and napping for so many hours, he can't handle stress. Something has really happened to him since he took office and none of it is good. The rumors about Reagan were mild in comparison to his actual mental state. I'll bet the same is true of George.
