You know I've never been a big critic of the primary and secondary educational systems in this country, but the more I think about the quality of elected presidents over the past 41 years the more I think that public (and private) education must have peaked somewhere in the 1920's or 1930's.

Either the voting has been rigged or we're dumber than a prime time television show.
