Yep, they're already trying to ammend the Constitution. Even so, women are up in arms worried that this will set them back a generation in rights. Nope, I'd say this could set them back centuries in rights. Too bad there can't be a strong central government that doles out oil profits to all citizens. Then there could be partition (already is with the Kurds) and the Sunnis wouldn't freak out.
