The Fed has expanded it's balance sheet by 10-13% annually in a high-low channel, back and forth. That's about how credit has expanded as well. The Chinese have done so even more.

And we have seen the results haven't we?
In absurdly priced houses.

Now....

What happens when that housing bubble pops and all that credit and money and fake wealth goes up in smoke?

BTW, that expansion of money in China is why I think it is a huge mistake to be hugely bullish on the RMB.
