Ok, so we have established that Geode00, redfish, American Spirit, Emile Vedrine, J. Chris Parsons, Cyberken, and many, many more routinely violate the TOU. We can observe that the TOU (in this respect) are enforced against moderators who engage in this behavior but not against posters who are not moderators of popular politics subjects. (Examples of moderators who have been treated more harshly than regular posters: SiouxPAL, Lazarus_Long, JLAllen.)

Are you suggesting that enforcing the TOU then falls onto the shoulders of the moderators, who would then be subjected to harassment by SI Admins? Are you suggesting that the TOU should be strictly interpreted and enforced by SI Admins? (Most political posters would be gone just like that.)

They have made it clear that the politics subjects are mostly haunted by members whose grandfathered status allow them to avoid paying. (Even paying did not seem to improve the treatment afforded Lazarus_Long.)
