Floyd Norris has been right on so many times, I always watch him when he is on.
I remember an interview on CNBC in 02, he said "it feels like 1974". Right around then was the market bottom. He has a good feel for the common sense econoomic situation.

I'll say

Housing is, of course, a collection of regional markets. The latest metropolitan area figures show the lowest median price of existing homes, $73,400 in the region of Danville, Illinois, was a 10th of the highest, $726,900, in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I am from Danville.
