And I was responding to it on your post, sorry for the confusion. We've been in a RE boom for years now and so the fact that college graduates couldn't find work in 03 is still relevant. I just pulled up any old story I could find on Google news, there has been no meaningful job recovery in the RE boom for white collar workers. Some here say tradespeople are doing well but I'm not even sure I believe that.
