My next door neighbor is going to list and rent. The asking price is beyond insane. I'll let everyone know how quickly it is sold (if it sells).

He will be the 2nd one on my block to sell and rent in the last couple of months.

Unlike prior trends, this bubble seems to be deflating East to West rather than West to East.

East Coast like NY and Boston now have enough inventory to put a cap on price gains at the very least.

Any drop off in demand will be the catalyst for price declines, but we need a weakening economy for that to happen, IMO.

I am making the hardest decision in my life right now but I have decided to rent a nice house instead of buying a crappy house when my current lease expires in the Spring.

I want to take advantage of coming opportunities by being liquid.
