My good friend the fire chief joined a club in Richmond or Bazerkly where he can rent a boat and sail the bay. He had to be certified and all and he's not all that good to tell a truth but it's very relaxing fun and well you know. Where do you berth? A couple years ago I scouted Alameda for water front property but found nothing my price range with my needs. I really liked the condo's in SF in the Mission Bay district what with the ball park and docking facilities very cool but very expensive two years ago. No law against dreaming.
