Ahem! My broker said that was a standard swap of shares, exercising his options and reselling them into the market keeping the balance thus the Table II. If you look at all the other form 4's for Newmin, the Table II is not filled out. The only reason to fill out the Table II is if you plan on keeping the balance. If you don't believe me call your broker and ask him/her. So, whoever cushix talked to did not know the complexity of the transaction. Actually, it is Newmins personal business and my guess is only Barb would have known.
