You make a good point. I hesitate to post this as I did similarly early on in the HTDS fiasco. Speaking from some experience, microcap shareholders rarely win, other than "moral" victories in court. Don't forget that lawyer time tends not to be quick or cheap and one has to win enough after those costs to leave enough to develop the entity.

This may be the greatest thing for fighting counterfeiting but the questions appear to be too great at this time to get any quick resolution.

Hate to post this cause I'm not a basher and it certainly is worth the gambling pennies one would throw on a hand of blackjack.

Just be careful

Im guessing, you know, but I see that the RCMP are involved in Canada and I say - "WHY"! The one possible answer is because CrossOff (OFF:TSX) who bought out DNA Technologies is Canada based:
dnatechnologies.com

It could be that CrossOff is pissed off that SSTY is stealing their thunder, if not actually their IP.

I repeat, I'm guessing.

BTW, FWIW, I've been guessing since my posting #4 here - about this whole business.

"the suit was filed August 9th and the suspension took effect on the following Friday. I don't like that too much either."

After checking it appears that I was wrong here. The suit was filed during the suspension. Is the lamb being sacrificed to please God?

Hmmmmm
