I'm not defensive Lizzie, well not about real estate anyway. I'm just curious whenever I see opinions expressed that seem disconnected from reality. I'm not saying that those opinions aren't based upon facts (of which I may be unaware) - so I ask questions to uncover the underlying assumptions. It's all about testing my own assumptions. I don't do that with you anymore since I know now that your opinions are highly dependent upon your underlying emotional state - not that they are devoid of a factual basis. You also were way off in your take on the offshoring problem. Roach was right, and I was right. It didn't just blow over. We never recovered. I never claimed off-shoring would blow-over. Having seen numerous industries off-shored (or off-Stated) and never come back, I would have never expected IT positions to come back. I think I told you to get out of that line of work. Can you link the Roach articles I should read? You once said you had economic training but I don't believe it. I never claimed that, but it should be obvious that I do.
