No, 10% of the nation are far rightwingers who don't care about democracy, free speech, anyone's rights but their own, pollution, the environment, getting along with others, you name it. These are the ones who support outrageous smear campaigns against war heros like Kerry and McCain, for instance, and call them "traitors", while supporting an AWOl draft-dodger. Or these are the nut cases who think Terri Schiavo was murdered, pray for death to all non extremist judges, or applaud bombing abortion clinics. The types who deliberately shoot endangered species and still call blacks "ni**ers". Very disturbed far rightwing people whose brains are permanently warped. This is Bush-Cheney's base of bases. They will never stop backing Bush even if he is proven a complete criminal.
