Silver was punished by nearly 4% this week, closing at its lowest level since February of '05.

Gold was actually net positive for the week. The dollar was down.

I don't know what to make of it... I've been buying and tucking away nearly 100 ounces of silver every week all summer.

It looks like a trip to the 200week EMA might be forthcoming.

I dislike conspiracy theories, but perhaps this is manipulation in a mostly illiquid market?

Either that or the bull market in silver was entirely short lived.
