Sure looked like a lot is going on in your downtown. Was there last year in early fall. Weather was great, downtown was lively and lots of construction cranes around. Sure doesn't look like an area in decline and RE seems to be a bargain. Bloomington seems to be a nice town too and much more if someone looking for something smaller. Price discrepancies have become way too great across the nation. Somethings gotta give..
