from 2old on cape cod Just got back from Cape Cod, Provincetown to be more precise. Last summer there was only 1 cottage for sale. This year there were 'For Sale' signs all over the place. The 450 sq ft cottage that's still for sale this year has been reduced in price. Last year it was $649,000, this year it's $599,000: 65.254.73.30 Yup, that's the whole thing inside the white fence--no back yard, only a parking spot back there, and it's NOT on the water. I guess everyone has the same idea to try and get out at the top! 2old
