Ray, I'm wondering if Katrina might be the straw which cracks the economies (and consumers) back.Some vital shipping ports are going to be effected, as well as the mouth of the big muddy. With the sluggish stock markets, tight yield spreads, look for insurance companies to crank premiums higher-again..Interesting times ahead..;^)DD
not to mention what an economic shock might do to re values and popping bubbles- historically prices aways return to their mean, and over shoot..keep your eye on that foreclosure site!
