re: I personally don't see how they can get a constitution together in such an environment. But Condi has assured Dubya that they are that close... Even if they float a constitution, and it isn't approved in the referendum in October, then everything is back to square one, from what I understand. No government at all, and we are "back in charge". What a mess. I'm trying to think of a country that has ever been more of a mess; I'm certain there is but I can't think of one. John
