Iraq and Afghanistan are only stepping stones in this war against islam terror. Bush will be long gone and this war will still be ongoing.

The war on terror will start in earnest after Bush is gone. For now it is the quest for oil. And in that quest, the Arab region will be destabilized. Say it 100 times: Bush's creation: Nuclear Shia Iran and the Iraqi Shi'ites.

How do you know Zarqawi even exists? New AL Qaida type Jihadists have been flooding into Iraq ever since Bush challenged them to, saying "Bring it on!", followed by the ABu Graib scandal, but Zarqawi could be a Bushie CIA construct, a new boogey man to replace the last two; Saddam (captured) and Osama (allowed to escape).

According to Cheney in 2002, we had justification for invading Iraq because Al Qaida's Zarqawi had a leg amputated in Baghdad and Saddam must have known about it. Sicne then we have learned that there was no such amputation, in fact the US military reports Zarqawi leaping out of a speeding car and fleeing out foot. He is also described as cutting off hostages heads, though the man in the video always wore a mask and could easily have been a fake.

I think we now know the real reason Bushies wanted Iraq. Oil and big tax-payer money contracts, especially for Halliburton. All other reasons look flimsy at best now.
