The bounce volume on OIH was quite strong and the selling volume was negligible over the last two days.

I dont think retail moved OIH up.

Yes. Their profits, however, may easily pay for this. Also, the tar sands themselves produce BTU sources that can be used. I do wish that the sybcrude project had nailed down their gas costs for the next eight years--which they could have done ay minimal expense a year ago.
