Sure, so long as he was at the center of the party and the profits and the artificial self-created imaginary "glory," he could trample individual rights year in and year out. He could also hate America, carry religion-sourced weapons of self-aggrandizement in his quiver, and be guilty of allowing mass murder and general governmental mayhem to boot (none of which Rumsfeld nor Reagan nor any American asked for, in the 80's let alone the 90's under Clinton).
