At the top of the form where it says IGNORE IS ON/OFF, just click. It changes from one to the other.

You can click on "KLP" next to "to" or "from" in any message you have sent or received. Then click on "ignore member" or "un-ignore member" to see who is on your list. Above the list is "Ignore list management". VOILA!
