Not hardly... I blame me for not yelling loudly when Sharon invaded and blasted Lebanon in - was that '81, '82? I blame me for not taking to the streets, screaming, when Reagan's defense budget broke 230 billion in, what, '81, '82? But, mostly, I blame me for not getting "It Must Be Me!" published on NPR during Bush I - 1990? '91? in which I referred to the "Pentagoons" strong-arming dollars out of tax-payers - "For what purpose? Defense? How much money do we need to defend our borders?" (NPR felt it was a little too radical to publish as a reader's comment.) I blame me for allowing myself to be deceived... because it was (as for everyone else) easier to "go along to get along" - although I never could, really... I blame myself for mumbling to myself instead of shouting out what was clearly and plainly sitting right before my eyes. I blame myself. And, I intend to make it up to me. i.
