Here goes Iraq and Bush's Iraq policies. Take note of the last paragraph. You think Bushies would be smart enough to bring the UN and the Arabs in. If Iraq plunges into a civil war, then the Bushies can blame it on these parties. Or are the oil interests of the Bushies too overpowering?

Sunnis Reject Draft of Iraqi Constitution
Sunday August 28, 2005 2:46 PM

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - Iraqi negotiators finished the country's new constitution Sunday without the endorsement of Sunni Arabs who helped prepare it, dealing a blow to the Bush administration and setting the stage for a bitter campaign leading up to an October referendum.

Several of the 15 members on the Sunni panel said they rejected the document because of disagreements over such issues as federalism, Iraq's identity and references to Saddam Hussein's Sunni-dominated Baath party.

Sunni Arab negotiators later said in a joint statement that they had asked the United Nations and Arab League to intervene.

There is a lot of gas gouging going on now. It's not a demand thing as much as a manipulation thing. You watch. If congress changes hands next year giving democrats subpoena powers, the oil prices will plummet overnight. The thieves will take their il-gotten gains and run. Some say a third of the current price is pure gouging. However, there are supply problems relative to China and India, plus our SUV addiction which Kerry-McCain warned us about in 2001, but Bushies laughed at.
