If you aren't trained in science you won't have a scientific mindset

But even some of the science grads were making fundamental mistakes as the video shows. I think that is the root problem for many though, they are never taught key fundamentals of science and reasoning. Jayvee on diehards is making this argument about the 3f fama french boys model not having "scientific validity" - cant predict squat with that model - I guess you didn't check it out.

As for inability to change perceptions, according to my psychology prof - the mind like a huge rube goldberg machine - and have deep emotional attachments to certain things for certain people - hard to alter that programming - it is very self reinforcing. This one guy I read about online, he convinced he see all this crazy stuff - golden means in everything, stock charts, nautilus shells, lottery numbers - he even claim he could predict it - of course empirically it was shown he could not - but he would not let go of the belief he could use his ability to see golden means to predict the future - so so silly eh?
