We're definitely not in historic bounds of CO2. We're in prehistotic bounds. I think ocean storage has essentially been ruled out on environmental grounds. There is a lot of research going into the reservoir storage. There aren't any simple solutions. " Taxing pollution and commons destruction is a lot better than taxing productive enterprise which does not harm and does a lot of good. " Exactly....
